Ik was al heel lang niet tevreden met de Kifto die ik bereid had.
Maar nu is het recept vernieuwd en het is lekkerder dan tevoren.

Het is een pittig tartaartje die lang na blijft gloeien op de tong.
Het wordt rauw geserveerd, maar kan ook gebakken gegeven worden.

U kan het gebakken of rauw serveren met een salade, of op een stokbroodje gesmeerd met wat fijngehakte ui.

Ayam Kecap

Kecap Saus (spicy soy sauce)

Preparation time: 20 minutes.
Serves: 4.
Quantity: approx 10 fl oz. (0.3 liters).

This delicious Indonesian spicy soy sauce goes very well with fish, meat and poultry.
For the preparation of the sauce preferably use the oil in which you fried the fish, meat or poultry.
For the preparation of the sauce you could also grind the onions, garlic and the chili paste in a pestle and mortar, or puree it in a blender, and fry the mixture in the oil.
